Answers to questions we have been asked time and again

We are asked all sorts of questions. We have grouped these questions under the following headings:

  • Smoking FAQ: Hypnosis is scientifically proven to be the most effective method of helping you stop smoking (New Scientist, volume 136).
  • Hypnosis FAQ: Hypnosis is VERY relaxing. It's a natural state, only we usually call it 'Falling asleep', 'Daydreaming', 'Going to the cinema', 'Watching telly', or 'Reading a book'. These experiences have common qualities: we are not aware of the passing of time, our body is relative immobile, we are more aware of our emotions, and our internal dialogue is quietened down.
