The Regent Street Practice

The practice is easily available to anyone in the South Leicestershire, North Warwickshire, Hinckley, Leicester and Coventry areas.

This is David T Allen' head office and main practice.

Therapy Room

The practice benefits from:

  • A secure, professional and non-judgemental environment, which allows you to safely explore thoughts, feelings or behaviour that you want to change
  • Ample car parking in the immediate vicinity allows you easy access
  • There is a private reception area for your convenience should you arrive earlier than you expected
  • There are toilet facilities should you need to freshen up
  • We do have a small number of evening and weekend appointments available, which means you don't miss out because you work office hours.

Client Feedback

Stop Smoking

"I had a sixty-a-day habit, and I quit in just one session";

"...it was so easy. In fact 'easy' is the wrong word; I didn't give up cigarettes, they gave me up!"

"I have already recommended the practice to friends..."

OCD

"You are so easy to talk to."

Weight Loss

"It's rather freaky finding myself eating fruit rather than chocolate; I lost 3 pounds last week."

"Thanks David. Whatever we talked about, it seems to be working - I feel great about myself and have lost 7 pounds! Much appreciation."

Self Esteem

"It was like I was stuck in a bad dream; you helped me wake up.  For the first time in my life I feel like a valid member of the human race."

Phobias

"After seeing you about my fear of flying I took my partner for a ride in a hot-air balloon. She got scared, and I ended up comforting her"

Anger

The weirdest thing I discovered was that I wasn't angry at all - it felt like anger, but it was something else.
