Fortunately, if you give up smoking with hypnosis, your subconscious and conscious minds will no longer be pulling in opposite directions, and so you won't suffer any of the above 'symptoms'.
However, the subconscious mind is not your enemy; there will always be good reasons why your subconscious wants to carry on, despite the ill effects of smoking (read more in Subconscious Reasons for Smoking).
Hypnosis cannot be beaten as an easy way to stop smoking. It works by convincing the subconscious mind that quitting smoking is the best option for you. This would be an easy thing to do if the subconscious was organised the same way as the conscious mind, but the two parts do very different jobs and are organised in very different ways (read more in Smoking Cessation and the Subconscious).
Of course, the subconscious is only part of the story; nicotine is an addictive drug, and so you will get physical withdrawal symptoms. When the hard drug user goes through 'cold turkey', they suffer extreme physical withdrawal symptoms. Fortunately however, the withdrawal effects of nicotine are very mild indeed, and so it is extremely easy to give up smoking once you have addressed the subconscious issues (read more in Smoking and Nicotine).
