  • Weight Loss: I may be consciously aware that it is not healthy to be overweight. However, if my subconscious is suggesting to me that I can reward myself with food, I may decide to pay attention to that message. The subconscious is capable of exerting enormous pressure on the conscious mind. This explains why it can be difficult to lose weight.
  • Stop Smoking: You pay for only one session, and you can come back as many times as you like. More than eight out of ten of our clients stop smoking after just one session. In the unlikely event that you need more than one session, you can come back for Stop Smoking sessions at no extra charge.
  • Depression: Whatever has gone wrong in the past, it's the choice you make right now that makes the difference to your future.
  • Dream Interpretation: Dream Interpretation is a method for revealing the hidden meaning behind the bizarre and disturbing images that haunt us in the night
  • Stress Management: Stress is a fact of life in today's working environment - each of us is under tremendous pressure from the people we work for (and in many cases the people we work with) to produce results
  • Bullying: Bullying at work can make your life a misery. The good news is, bullies don't have to be part of your life anymore.
  • Panic Attack: The pounding heart, the tightness, the muscular spasms - surely there is something wrong with my body, isn't there? These extreme symptoms must have a physical cause, mustn't they? How many attacks did you have before you worked out that there was nothing wrong with your body? That the cause was not a physical malaise but a product of anxiety and panic.
  • Self Esteem: Do you carry parental voices in your head that beat you up? Are you fed up with doing everything for them, and getting nothing in return?

  • Phobia: When it happens, there's no time to think about it - you know the danger is there, and it consumes you. Somehow, the Limbic system in the brain gets programmed, and our conscious mind has no control over it. Many phobias can be treated in just a few sessions.
  • Fear of Flying: International travel has become commonplace, but the human brain has not physically changed since the Wright Brothers first took to the air 100 years ago. You can forgive our Limbic system for not feeling safe 5 miles up, when it originally evolved to keep us safe 5 metres up in a tree.
  • Past-Life Regression: Could bad experiences in past lives hold answers to problems in this one?
  • Height-Weight Chart: This table shows the weight range for healthy living as a function of your height.
  • Rate Yourself on the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS): YBOCS allows you to assess how far you are into OCD.
