Types of Therapy We Offer:

  • Counselling: Counselling is about helping people who want to change some aspects of their thoughts, feelings or behaviour to enhance their life, or simply to explore and/or clarify their thoughts or feelings.
  • Hypnotherapy: Hypnosis is used in therapy to feed suggestions direct to the subconscious mind. As such, it is recognised as one of the most powerful tools for making changes. For example, Hypnosis is scientifically proven to be the most effective method of helping you stop smoking (New Scientist, volume 136).
  • Psychodrama: Psychodrama is a very effective way of engaging the subconscious in a therapeutic process. Given that our brain works less effectively if the conscious and subconscious minds have different agendas, that makes psychodrama a particularly effective therapeutic technique.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can dramatically ameliorate Panic Attacks, OCD, Insomnia, Agoraphobia and Social Anxiety in a few sessions
  • Past-Life Regression: Could bad experiences in past lives hold answers to problems in this one?
  • Sleep Therapy: Insomnia and other sleep disorders can have a disastrous effect on the quality of your life. However, help is at hand - three out of four clients with primary insomnia benefit from CBT.
  • Dream Interpretation Therapy: Dream Interpretation is a method for revealing the hidden meaning behind the bizarre and disturbing images that haunt us in the night
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming: NLP is a series of techniques that can be used to make fundamental changes to your life in a very short space of time.
